durrrr wants Isildur1 in live durrrr challenge!
Thats right folk’s, Tom ‘durrrr’ Dwan has issued the live durrrr challenge to his online poker nemisis Isildur1. He is currently in Las Vegas filming for Season 6 of High Stakes Poker but speaking in an interview about his upcoming live version of the durrrr challenge, he issued the challenge to Isdildur1.
The live version of the durrrr challenge is set to take place 17th-19th November and Dwan had originally hoped to face four players over 500 hands in their choice of PLO or NLHE. Currently however, only three players have been confirmed, they are: Sammy ‘Any Two’ George who is a popular cash game player in London’s biggest games, Ilari ‘Ziigmund’ Sahamies who is no stranger to sick heads-up action, and Marcello Marigliano who plays at the high stake games on Full Tilt Poker under the alias ‘luckexpress’.
This leaves one more place remaining and Dwan has stated he hopes that Isildur1 comes from Sweden to London to face him face-to-face across the table. Here is what he said:
“We have had some tough games over the last few days and the action just keeps on coming, I hope he can make it to London for the challenge so we can play some high stakes live games as well.”
