Everyday at 20:15 GMT BetFair Poker hold a $12,000 guaranteed tournament which only has a buy-in of $55+$5. The tournament has 10-minute blinds and players begin the tournament with 3,000 chips. The tournament usually lasts for around four hours and BetFair even reward the player who finishes on the bubble in every tournament. If you finish on the bubble, you will be awarded with a seat in the $12,000 GTD tournament the following day. Can’t afford the buy-in? Irish Poker Open 2010
The Irish Poker Open will be taking place in April with many top professional poker players rumoured to be taking part in the €3,200 + €300 Main Event. Last year 700 players entered the Main Event and it was Swedish player Christer Johanssonwho defeated Kara Scott heads-up to win $793,882. This year even more players are expected to show up, and BetFair Poker are already offering their players cheap satellites to qualify.
